TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you buy goods (and, where stated, digital content or services) from ____________________ LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (registration number ____________) whose registered office is at ______________________________________________. VAT number: ____________. E-mail: ____________________. Telephone: ____________________.

1. Your order

1.1 When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy. We shall send an e-mail confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed only when we e-mail you to say that your order has been dispatched (or, for digital content or services, when we make them available).

1.2 We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the goods are out of stock, there was a pricing or description mistake, or we cannot confirm payment or delivery details. We shall tell you and refund any payment you have made.

1.3 The images on our website are for illustration. Colours and sizes may differ slightly. The description of the goods, and any specification on the website, are part of the contract.

2. Price and payment

2.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay and are added to the total. We take payment when you place your order, through ____________________ (payment provider). We do not store your full card details.

2.2 If we discover a pricing error after you place an order but before dispatch, we shall tell you and give you the option to confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund. We shall not hold you to a price that is obviously and significantly wrong.

3. Delivery

How it works

  1. Pay by card. The download starts at once and the link keeps working.
  2. Open the Word file. Fill in the blanks, pick the options marked with boxes, read each note in the margin.
